1. CNRC is a smoke free facility. Smoking on the premises will void the contract and result in the loss of deposits. 2. CNRC is an alcohol free facility. Anyone found drinking or in possession of alcoholwill be asked to leave and this contract will be voidedand will result in the loss of deposits. 3. CNRC is a family oriented Christian camp facility. There will be no co-ed sleeping or rooming. also, CNRC will not tolerate the use of profanity and vulgar speech. Any group who is found to be in violation will be asked to leave and their contract will be terminated. 4. CNRC is under the rules and regulations of the Laramie County Health Department, With this in mind, no one will be allowed to use the kitchen facilities except for CNRC staff. If you need the kitchen facilities for any reason you must clear this before hand, and a CNRC staff member must be present at the time of use.

5. If for any reason a client's contract is voided, there will be no refund of funds paid and the deposit may be held to cover damages. 6. The renter must supply all personal items unless prior arrangements have been made with CNRC staff. 7. All activities will cease at 12:00, midnight. 8. Children will not be allowed to roam the property or be left in the cabins or in the main building without adult supervision. 9. The gaming equipment is not for general use. There will be an additional charge to use the gaming equipment. Please see a CNRC staff member to use this equipment. 10. The rules, regulations and prices may be changed at the discretion of the CNRC management for the benefit of CNRC without written or verbal notice at any time that it is deemed necessary.

11. CNRC will not be responsible for accidents or injuries on CNRC property unless it is proven that there was negligenceon the part of CNRC or its staff. All renters and groups are encouraged to provide their own liability insurance before they arrive. 12. CNRC is a pet free facility. Anyone having a pet on the property will be asked to leave and will forfeit their deposit 13. All renters must stay within the prescribed area during their stay. All areas west of the main entrance are off limits. This is our manager's area and we ask that all renters please remain away from that area. Anyone failing to comply will be asked to leave. 14. CNRC staff reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Please contact a CNRC staff member if you have any questions, or you see someone in violation of these rules.
