MAKE YOUR FINAL RESTING PLACE AN INVESTMENT IN THE LIVING

You have an opportunity that few people in the Christian Community will ever have. You can choose to make your final resting place on property dedicated to the Lord's work, with your final investment an investment in the living. Part of the cost of every lot will be used to minister to children, youth, and adults all year round at the Clayton Northcutt Conference and Retreat Center where Gethsemane Gardens Cemetery is located.

Each lot at Gethsemane Gardens Cemetery is 4 feet by 10 feet. The cost of the lots are as follows:
  1. One time total payment $1000 per lot.
  2. Time pay options:
    1. 12 months - $100 down $75/month $1000 total
    2. 24 months -   $60 down $50/month $1260 total
    3. 36 months -   $60 down $35/month $1260 total
    4. 48 months -   $60 down $25/month $1260 total
    5. 60 months -   $60 down $20/month $1260 total

Also at no extra cost to you, is the opening and closing of the lot at the time of interment, use of all equipment for interment service and a deposit into the Perpetual Care Account.

Gethsemane Gardens Cemetery Special Benefits:

  1. When the Memorial Service is within 300 miles of the Cheyenne area, we will provide transportation for interment in Gethsemane Gardens Cemetery in Hillsdale, Wyoming, at no cost to you.

  2. All lots, when deed is issued, are transferable to anyone you wish. Gethsemane Gardens Cemetery office must be notified in writing if you wish to transfer the deed. Without written notification, Gethsemane Gardens Cemetery will not transfer the deed.

  3. If you choose any of the five time payment plans, and the need for interment comes before the payment plan is finished, final cost will be 50% of the unpaid balance.

Gethsemane Gardens Cemetery has met all the necessary requirements of the State of Wyoming, and is subject to the rules and regulations of the Wyoming State insurance Commissioner, related to private cemeteries.
